Here are the FAS calls for proposals. Applications must be submitted electronically via eKlara, FAS' web service for researchers, eklara.fas.se (opens in a new window).

Please note that the web service and the electronic application forms are in Swedish only. The instructions on the website are meant to assist you in filling out the forms. (The Swedish versions of the appendices may of course be used.)

India workshops/hearings

Call for proposals for arranging workshops/hearings to explore future research co-operation with India.

Programme grants

Programme grants is a form of basic support intended to enable research groups to address new issues and investigate them over an extended period of time.

Postdoc step 2

Researchers who have been selected in step 1 to go forward to step 2 of the postdoctoral grant process are invited to supplement their application.

Research projects 2012

Researchers with approved outlines are invited to submit a complete project application.

Travel grants

Researchers may apply for separate travel grants for journeys abroad in exceptional cases.

Conferences and symposia

One purpose of these grants is to facilitate contacts and exchanges of experience between Swedish and foreign researchers.

Publication

Support to the dissemination of scientific information about research within FAS’ research areas of responsibility, in particular research supported by FAS.

EU planning grant

The call is open to researchers (coordinators or leading partners), who want to participate in a competition for EU research grants within FAS’ areas of responsibility.

FAS fellowship

Applications for maximum SEK 30 000 may be submitted at any time. The purpose of the fellowships is to give researchers within FAS’ areas of responsibility the possibility to spend time at a foreign research institution.

Visiting researchers

Applications for maximum SEK 30 000 may be submitted at any time. The purpose of funding visiting researchers is to add qualified knowledge and competence to the Swedish research society within FAS´ areas of responsibility.
